For a complete look, I highly recommend that every dancer with one of my headdresses get a pair of these. They are made with a hook at top to connect to loops I've hidden in each of my headdresses. Nearly every natural hair color is available. Sold per pair, in your choice of 3 different lengths.

"Hair" is actually jute, a natural fiber that resembles coarse human hair. The look of the completed braids is rustic, and actually more real looking, and definitely more tribal than if I used artificial hair. I dye these myself, so please note that different dye batches may vary slightly.

The braids come in three different lengths. The 14 inch braids come with 12 cowrie shells woven into each, the 22 inch braids have 24, and the 30 inch have 36. On me (I am 5'6") the 14" braids are mid-back length, the 22" braids are waistlength, and the 30" braids are hip length. In the pics above, I am wearing 22" braids.
