Returns

Sorry, I do not accept returns or exchanges. Nearly all of my merchandise is custom made, and return of hair pieces and jewelry involves sanitary issues - I cannnot resell it therefore I cannot refund or exchange it. Thank you for your consideration.

Shipping

Anything that weighs under 13 oz I ship First Class Mail (2 to 5 days), and anything weighing over 13 oz I ship USPS Priority Mail (2 to 3 days average). If you ordered anything custom made, please allow me extra creation time - 1 to 2 weeks for hairpieces, or 4 to 6 weeks for larger items like pants and belts. I insure any domestic package worth over $50.

If you have bought something from me on ebay and would like to take advantage of my combined shipping offer, select "store pickup" for your shipping method, and I will ship everything, including your ebay package, when I have completed your website order. By the way, I do not have a local store - please only select "in store pickup" for orders with combined shipping. My choices for what to name that shipping method were "free shipping" and "in store pickup" and I thought the latter might be less likely to be misused. Also, please make a note of which ebay or website order with which you want the new order sent.

The legal address of this business is in North Carolina, so I charge 7% sales tax to any customers in North Carolina. I use Paypal, which allows me to accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and of course Paypal payments.

International Shipping

I ship internationally, Priority Mail, which takes about 1 week. Below is a rate table by destination. Shipping insurance is required for all international orders, and is included in the prices below.

*Rate 2 includes Australia, China, and Japan
**Rate 3 includes the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Netherlands, Norway, and Spain.

I do not ship to Italy or Mexico. Italy has prohibitions on silk flowers and "hats of any kind" and packages to Mexico cannot be insured. I can ship to most any other country. If you don't see your country above, . I have to add each one singly with my shopping cart, so I have added only the ones to which I have shipped packages so far.

Those of you who have ordered from me in the past will notice that my international shipping rates have increased drastically. I apologize for these unavoidable changes. My old method was First Class Mail, which was uninsureable, and packages were getting lost or delivered to the wrong address (once even the wrong country!) frequently. I now use Priority Mail instead and insure all packages to protect myself and my customers.

Economy Canada Shipping

If you are in Canada and your order is $100 or below, I offer economy shipping, via First Class Mail. Shipping time is usually around 1 week, but it is possible for an item to be held up at customs for up to one month using this method. I cannot insure First Class mail, so use this shipping method at your own risk!

Creation time

The time needed to create your order depends on what you ordered. Hairpieces take 1-2 weeks, but larger items like pants, belts, and renaissance costumes take 4-6 weeks.
