My halter tie top looks great with my flare pants for class or for a casual performance. It contains elastic along all the edges and is patterned with a curved seam over the bust for comfort and a perfect fit. It can be made in each kind of fabric I have available for pants.

My tie top is intended to be worn over a bra. A bra with convertible straps works great. If you are small, just take one of the straps, extend it all the way, and hook either end to the front of the bra. Or if the straps of your bra don't extend long enough to be comfortable, I have halter bra straps available for purchase below.
